Needs:
- Paper plate.
- scissor.
- scale and pencil (to mark)
- Safety pin and tap.
Steps:
- Cut the paper plate.
- With the help of the scale and pencil at the bottom of paper plate as shown in image 3.
- Cut it as shown in image 4.
Fold it and pin it and tap it and then use it and enjoy.
