Take the plastic bottles and cut the neck of the plastic bottles.First paint white colour in the bottle to make a light bright and then paint the outer code as u like.
Take the plastic frame and push the hole to insert the wire it.then insert the lamp holder through the mouth of the bottle and then to the frame and hang the light. Now switch ON the light and enjoy.
