Food tips to loss weight

You can eat:

  • Morning after wake up-Take a Cup of hot water with lemon or green tea.
  • For breakfast-Take some fresh juice.
  • For lunch and dinner:
  1. Take 12 oz protein contain food such as chicken,egg white yard and fish.
  2. Use the healthy fat oil for cook.
  3. Dairy-Have 1 cup of  2% plain greek yogurt.
  4. Carbs-Crabs are very important part in your diet chart,have 1/2 cup of  cooked quinoa.
  5. Green vegetables-Intake of unlimited non starchy vegetables. 
  6. Take a multivitamin daily.

You need to avoid:

  1. Wheat must be avoided in diet control.
  2. Use Sugar in very low level or avoid it if you can.
  3. Food that contain high fat must be avoided.
  4. Avoid alcohol.
  5. Avoid processed food items.
  6. Take the foods in proper timing.
