How much water you should drink a day

According to the body weight of the person the level of water varies.The minimum water level for a ordinary person is 1.5 LTRS per day.
  • For 45 KGS-1.9LTRS.
  • For 50 KGS-2.1LTRS.
  • For 55 KGS-2.3LTRS.
  • For 60KGS-2.5LTRS.
  •  For 65 KGS-2.7LTRS.
  •  For 70 KGS-2.9LTRS.

  •  For 75 KGS-3.2LTRS.
  •  For 80 KGS-3.5LTRS.
  •  For 85 KGS-3.7LTRS.
  •  For 90 KGS-3.9LTRS.
  •  For 95 KGS-4.1LTRS.
  •  For 100 KGS-4.3LTRS.
