Various Lassi drink for summer

Mango lassi:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of fresh chopped mango pieces.
  • 2 cups of full chilled fresh curd.
  • 4 to 5 tablespoon of sugar or honey add as required.

Preparation:

  • Peel the mango and chop them.
  • In the mixer,puree the mangoes with sugar or honey.
  • Then add the chilled curd.
  • Add some ice cubes.
  • Blend for some seconds till everything is mixed well.
  • Pour mango lassi in the glasses and serve garnished with mint leaves or cubes of mango.

Easy and healthy Summer drink

Banana drink

Ingredients:

  • 2 banana ripe.
  • 2 cups of vanila kefir.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice.
  • ice cubes.

Preparation:

  1. Combine kefir, bananas, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
