Things to avoid while driving in mist or fog

• Don't be hasty and avoid passing,changing lanes and crossing traffic without proper indications.
• Don't speed up suddenly if the fog seems to be clearing as you could find yourself suddenly back in fog and crash with a vehicle or some other unseen obstruction.
• Don't stop on the travel portion of the road abruptly or else you could become the first link in a chain collision.
• Don't speed up vehicle moving slowly or to get away from the vehicle that is following closely.
